Pricing & Plans

Yes! We offer a Starter Plan which is completely free. It includes basic features like creating up to 5 invoices per month, managing 1 client/vendor, and up to 5 products/services. It's perfect for trying out XooBill and for very small businesses.

We offer two paid plans:
• Professional Plan: ₹4,999/year - Includes up to 5 users, 5000 invoices/month, unlimited clients/vendors, GST compliance, custom branding, and more.
• Enterprise Plan: ₹6,999/year - Includes up to 10 users, 10,000 invoices/month, priority support, weekly data backup, advanced analytics, and all Professional features.

Yes, you can start with our free Starter Plan to experience XooBill. When you're ready to upgrade, you can switch to any paid plan at any time. No credit card is required to get started.

We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways (PhonePe, PayU).

Features & Functionality

Absolutely! XooBill is fully GST-compliant. Our system automatically calculates CGST, SGST, and IGST based on the transaction type (intra-state or inter-state). You can generate GST-ready invoices and download ready-to-file GST reports with just one click.

Yes! With our Professional and Enterprise plans, you can add your company logo, customize colors, add bank details, include UPI QR codes for payment, and personalize the invoice layout to match your brand identity.

Yes! XooBill supports multi-currency transactions. You can create invoices in different currencies (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, etc.) and the system will automatically handle currency conversion and maintain proper accounting records.

Yes! You can send invoices directly to your customers via email with just one click. The system will automatically attach the PDF invoice and send it to the customer's email address on record.

XooBill offers comprehensive reporting including Sales Reports, Purchase Reports, GST Reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B), Profit & Loss Statements, Tax Reports, Customer Analytics, Vendor Reports, and Inventory Reports. All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF.
